PRECIOUS METAL CLAY

Metal clay consists of microscopic precious metal particles mixed with an organic binder (a sort of clay softened with water). Once a "metal-clay" object is fired, the binder burns away and the metal particles fuse together. The final product emerges as fine or pure silver (.999) or pure gold (24K) or bronze.
