These delicate 13mm earrings feature a hand-carved hermit crab design created from my own original artwork. Each piece begins as a carved stamp, then is formed in recycled gold bronze clay and kiln-fired to achieve its warm, refined glow.
The hermit crab—long associated with protection, adaptability, and the idea of carrying home wherever you go—appears in soft relief, giving the earrings a sculptural, coin-like texture. Their small size makes them subtle yet full of character, perfect for everyday wear.
Every pair is individually carved, shaped, fired, and finished in my Florida studio, ensuring a truly handmade piece with its own unique nuances.
